Monday: Rango and Rain

1) The Ridgewood Public Library will be showing Rango at 2:00 p.m. for its Monday Matinee. 

2) Don't expect the weather to be to your liking, unless your liking is lots of rain. The National Weather Service predicts a 60 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms, which could amount to over an inch by Tuesday morning.

3) There will be a group of musicians as always at the Ridgewood Coffee Company on Monday night at around 7:00 p.m.

4) Trash pickup is on the West Side with recyclables in Area 1 and yard waste in Area A.

5) The daughter of a Ridgewood couple tie the same-sex marriage not in Massachusetts, according to The New York Times. Idit Klein and Jordan Namerow were scheduled to wed at a ceremony on Sunday. Namerow is the daughter of Ridgewood pediatrician Dr. David Namerow and his wife Pearila Namerow, a professor of public health at Columbia University.
