New York man arrested for DWI, reckless driving; Ridgewood High School student reported Chrome Book stolen.

The following is a crime blotter from the Ridgewood Police Department:

  • On Dec. 29, 2014 at 12:57 a.m., Ridgewood Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 17 and determined that the driver, Troy McGhee, 20, of Suffern NY, was under the influence. He was arrested and charged with DWI, failure to exhibit documents, improper emerging from a driveway, reckless driving, and unsafe lane change. He was released pending an appearance in Ridgewood Municipal Court.
  • On Jan. 5, 2015, a Ridgewood High School student reported her Chrome Book stolen from Ridgewood High School. The matter is under investigation.
