Ridgewood To Host Plastic Foam Drive This Saturday

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — The villages Green Team is hosting a plastic foam drive this Saturday, Oct. 16.

Residents can bring their unwanted plastic foam to the Graydon pool parking lot at Linwood Avenue and Northern Parkway from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or until the truck is full.

In the event of rain, the drive will be rescheduled for Saturday, Oct. 23.

Only packaging plastic foam will be accepted. Packaging peanuts and food containers will not be.

The event is sponsored by the Ridgewood Recycling Department and hosted by the Green Ridgewood Committee and Green Team as well as Members Sustainable Jersey Bergen County Regional HUB.
