A man was stuck at the intersection of Spring Ave. and Hope Street after two storm drains clogged Thursday

Resident Boyd Loving caught some scenes from the intersection of Spring Avenue and Hope Street at approximately 12:20 p.m. on Thursday that show one man stranded in his Ford Taurus after two clogged storm drains created flood conditions.

The Ridgewood police and street departments responded and CityWide Towing towed away the stranded vehicle.
