Small Truck Fleet Has Windows Smashed: Glen Rock Police

A group of Ridgewood company-owned trucks was damaged, police said.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — A small fleet of trucks had windows smashed, according to authorities.

The three trucks, owned by a Ridgewood landscaping company, were parked last week at a Glen Rock commercial lot when the damage was reported, police officials said.

The damage included broken windows, a headlight and a sideview mirror, Glen Rock police Chief Dean Ackermann said.

The matter, reported on Feb. 27 at 400 Grove Street, is believed to be associated with an unlawful entry into a resident's vehicle, in an adjacent lot, which was reported on Feb. 25, Ackermann said.

At the time of the previous report, police identified two juvenile suspects. The matter was referred to the juvenile officer for follow up, the chief said.
