Ahead of this event, the South Brunswick Historical Society (SBHS) plans to commemorate historical sites across South Brunswick with signposts.

The group said this could be a possible place for a historical marker as well as Longbridge Farm where George Washington encamped on his way to the Battle of Monmouth.
The group will meet Tuesday evening and future dates for meetings will also be announced on the South Brunswick Public Library website.
