Letter to the Editor: Dickson — Our Choice for Mayor

To the Editor:

We’ll get right to the point — Ellen Dickson is our choice for Summit’s next Mayor because she is the only candidate with:

• An impressive involvement at leadership levels for many years, not only throughout our city, but also in our schools and with area non-profits
• The ability to articulate and discuss positions in a forthright, open and respectful manner
• Financial employment experience to keep the City on a fiscally sound path
• In-depth understanding of how Union County works, since she took the initiative to run for

We’re voting for Ellen because she will be a dedicated advocate for Summit and will provide collaborative leadership for our schools, police, fire department, Common Council and City staff.
