Owner Found After Lost Dogs Reported In Summit

A second lost dog was also reported in the area.

UPDATE: The dogs' owner was found, according to Summit Police.


SUMMIT, NJ — A Good Samaritan found a lost dog on Monday and gave her over to officials, Summit Police said.

The dog was found in the area of Henry Street and Glenside Avenue.

She is currently waiting for animal control to pick her up from police headquarters.

Another similar-looking dog was reported nearby, though officers could not find it.
