Mercedes Stolen From Summit Dunkin' Parking Lot Tuesday: Police
Police say the car, which was unlocked with keys inside, was stolen from the Dunkin' lot on Ashwood Avenue Tuesday morning.

SUMMIT, NJ — A 2018 Mercedes E300 was stolen from the Dunkin' parking lot on Ashwood Avenue on Tuesday, according to an alert from Summit Police.
Police said the incident occurred at approximately 11:45 a.m. The car was parked and left unlocked with the engine running and the key fob inside while the driver entered the Dunkin' to use the restroom, police said.
Officers later confirmed that the stolen car left the city via Route 24 moments after the theft was reported.
