Summit Police said three suspects are currently in custody and being questioned. All reports currently indicate that all vehicles involved were unlocked, police said. Summit Police said three suspects are currently in custody and being questioned. All reports currently indicate that all vehicles involved were unlocked, police said. Residents are reminded to lock all car doors, remove key fobs and report suspicious activity.
