• Electric Bills For Summit Residents To Drop In 2026: See When (patch.com) — Summit residents can expect lower electric bills starting in March 2026 thanks to a new bulk power contract arranged through the Garden State Community Energy Cooperative. The program will automatically enroll most eligible households, who can then choose standard or 100 percent renewable energy options, attend local information sessions at the Summit Community Center and City Hall, or opt out at no cost. 
• Summit NJ Among 50 Wealthiest U.S. Suburbs in 2025 (tapinto.net) — Summit has been named one of America’s 50 wealthiest suburbs for 2025, ranking 28th nationwide with an average household income topping $304,000 and home values around $1.34 million. The list, compiled by GoBankingRates using federal and Zillow data, also includes Tenafly and Westfield among New Jersey communities.
