Readers' Choice: Maple Pediatric Associates

Summit Patch readers have responded after a week of voting and was the most recommended children's doctor in the city.

Doctors Michael Polisin and Alison Cessario have a combined 36 years working in pediatrics. "I'm very honored and feel very fortunate to be doing what I love," Cessario said after hearing of the win.

Cessario said her office, which is currently accepting new patients, has helped shaped a medical career that's everything she had always imagined it would be. "I've wanted to be a doctor since I was four," she said.

And now, she gets to treat four-year-olds.
