The City of Summit will celebrate Independence Day with free concerts, a carnival, and a city wide softball game on July 4. The festivities begin with a flag-raising ceremony at 9:45a, and continue till the 7:45pm concert by the Cameos. The day finishes with fireworks at 9:15pm. All events will take place at Soldier's Memorial Field and are free to the public. Have a safe and happy Fourth!
