Summit Crime Report: Lexus Stolen, Muni Vandalized

Editor's note: The following information was supplied by the Summit Police Department.

Summit Police saw their third car theft report in 10 days this week when a Lexus RX3 was reported stolen from a Woodland Avenue home's garage. Police report that the crime occurred between 8:30p.m. on June 26 and 9:30a.m. on June 27. 

Previously, a 2006 Chrysler 300 was reported stolen on June 19, and on June 20 a 1997 Honda was reported stolen.

In other crime news $150 was stolen from the in a case of alleged criminal mischief. The money was in a safe on the property. According to police, sometime between 9p.m. on June 26 and 5a.m. the next day a flag was also stolen, a door kicked in, and tire marks were left on the golf course.
