Summit To Remember Victims Of Sept. 11 Attacks At Event

Summit will hold a memorial observance for the 21st anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on Sunday.

SUMMIT, NJ — Summit is holding a memorial observance for the 21st anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on Sunday, Sept. 11.

The service will begin at 9:45 a.m. at the fire headquarters locate at 396 Broad Street.

Mayor Nora Radest and first responders will speak at a brief gathering, followed by the annual bell ringing ceremony.

All members of the community are invited to attend.
