“This fantastic program was founded by Summit resident and 10th grade student Michael Petrides,” Mayor Nora Radest said in a statement. “We know that certain aspects of today’s technology can be confusing and overwhelming for those who didn’t grow up using these devices. The one-on-one sessions are a great opportunity for seniors to get personalized assistance, and we encourage anyone with questions to sign up for a session.”
The program is open to resident and non-resident seniors. Seniors should call (908) 277-2932 or email gmasterfano@cityofsummit.org to sign up for a 30- to 45-minute session.
