SUMMIT, NJ — The winners of the third annual HillTop Elf Scavenger Hunt have been announced by Summit Downtown Inc (SDI).

This family event invited shoppers of all ages to stroll downtown and hunt for the HillTop Elf. There was a new "Elf" this year, creating a new challenge in finding him in stores, according to SDI.

The cute, stuffed HillTop Elves were hidden throughout the businesses and in store windows for guests to find on their holiday shopping travels in the hopes of also winning Summit VISA Gift Cards.
