Armstrong, Ellington, Sinatra Coming to Teaneck Library

Composer, reed player Libby Richman leads an ensemble that plays original contemporary jazz.

Join jazz saxophonist Libby Richman for a musical journey at the Teaneck Public Library on Friday, April 11, at 10:30 a.m. as part of the Isabelle and Sol Hermalyn lecture series.

Together we will visit the origins of jazz as we listen to ragtime and dixieland music.

We will hear from Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington and Frank Sinatra.  We’ll make a stop in the Swing Era, and maybe Elvis will enter the building!  All aboard!
