If you waited until the last minute to do your taxes, the United States Postal Service's Automated Postal Centers (APC) can help you get them postmarked by 11:59 p.m. Monday.  APC machines offer the convenience of performing simple mailing transactions, such as purchasing stamps and postage for express, First Class, priority, and package parcel post — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The closest APCs are Ridgewood and Paramus post offices.  User-friendly touch screens walk you through the transaction, which usually take less than a minute to complete, according to USPS . The machines take credit or debit cards only. On Monday, both the <a href="https://Ridgewood.patch.com" rel="nofollow">Ridgewood</a> and <a href="https://paramus.patch.com" rel="nofollow">Paramus</a> locations will be staffed until midnight with supervisors available to assist customers with using APCs.  A complete list of APCs in New Jersey is available <a href="http://www.usps.com/communications/newsroom/localnews/nj/2011/nj_2011_0413.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">at the USPS website</a>.
