Teaneck's town clerk announced Tuesday that a council meeting scheduled for that evening would be cancelled due to inclimate weather. The meeting has not been rescheduled, but a town budget meeting is currently on the calendar for Thursday at 7 p.m. in council chambers. The next scheduled council meeting is booked for Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. Teaneck public schools were one of a handful that didn't cancel classes or call for an early dismissal, but the district said parents could pick up their children at 12:30 p.m. without students incurring an attendance penalty.
