Teaneck High School Class of 2013 Gives Thanks

The following is a letter to the Teaneck community:

We would like to thank you for your support of Project Graduation 2013. We had a really great time, and 242 graduating seniors who went on this incredible evening immediately after graduation, returned home safe and sound the next morning!

We went to Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge in Manhattan and had an amazing experience! We had the entire venue to ourselves - there was bowling (every lane displayed photos taken throughout the year on large screens), pool tables and ping pong.  We had a separate room with a DJ, dance floor, intelligent lighting and a photo booth. There was even a mentalist who kept us entertained for hours.  Unlimited food and drinks were available throughout the night and in the wee hours of the morning we were served breakfast. It was a night to remember! We were tired, but happy to spend these last few hours of our high school life with our friends in a safe and fun environment.

At dawn, we were taken back to Teaneck and before we got on the bus, we were handed gifts – a shower tote filled with goodies (soaps, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, loofahs, key chains and more – we are sure this will come in handy as we head off to college!

So, we want to thank all of you who contributed either through cash or merchandise donations or participated in the various fundraisers our parents worked so hard to put together. We appreciate all of your efforts and support to give us a safe and substance free event.

Please continue to support Project Graduation next year and all the years after. We want our friends and siblings to have as great an evening as we had!

Sincerely,

The Teaneck High School Class of 2013!
