Teaneck will mark Memorial Day 2013 with a ceremony Monday morning followed by a festival on Cedar Lane.  The ceremony, planned at the Municipal Green at 11 a.m., will include speeches by veterans and remembrances to fallen service members. The event is organized by township officials at the Patriotic Observance Advisory Board.  Teaneck's Cedar Lane Family Fun Festival will follow the service, which concludes at 12:30. The day's festivities will include booths staffed by local merchants and groups, food and activities for kids. The festival will run along Cedar Lane from American Legion Drive to Elm Avenue.  All non-emergency town offices are closed Memorial Day.
