Teaneck Woman Arrested After She Robbed Elmwood Park Bank: Police
The woman passed a note to a teller demanding money and stating she had a gun, police said.
TEANECK, NJ — A Teaneck woman was arrested after police said she robbed an Elmwood Park bank branch Saturday.
Gianna A. Baskerville, 22, entered the Valley National Bank branch at 80 Broadway and passed a note to a teller, said Chief Michael Foligno. The note stated Baskerville had a gun and demanded money, he said, but she did not show a weapon.
Baskerville left the bank with $331, heading west on foot, Foligno said.

Detective Michael Goldyn found Baskerville going west on Broadway and arrested her without incident, the chief said.
