‘The Office’ Star Rainn Wilson Talks Faith in Teaneck
Actor known for role on NBC comedy visited local Bahá'í center

Rainn Wilson, who played Dwight Schrute on NBC’s “The Office” comedy series, was in Teaneck recently to speak at the Bahá'í center on Evergreen Place.
Wilson, a practicing Bahá'í, spoke to fellow members of the Bahá'í faith at the event, reported the Montclair Times. Many were young people preparing to attend a youth conference in Washington D.C.
“My faith is important to me, my work is important to me, and I need to express both of them in my life,” the actor told The Montclair Times in an interview. “What Bahá'ís do is a revolution. It's revolutionary, and it is a revolution. It's harnessing the power of young people to change the world in a positive way through service, and through art.”
