TOMS RIVER, NJ - A crash on Route 9 in Toms River has prompted commuting delays Tuesday morning, authorities said.
As of 4:22 a.m., there’s a downed pole and downed wires on Route 9 in both directions near CR 622 in Toms River, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
One right lane is currently closed, the agency said.
