WALL, NJ — Belmar Boulevard has reopened in both directions after it was closed earlier Friday between Washington and Madison avenues when a utility pole was hit by a motor vehicle, police say. The pole was struck early Friday morning by a vehicle traveling west on Belmar Boulevard, police said. No details about the accident were immediately available from authorities.
