Driving While Intoxicated: Wall Police Blotter
Wall Police reported three incidents of driving while intoxicated from Dec. 11 through Dec. 14.
WALL, NJ — Wall Police reported multiple incidents of driving while intoxicated from Dec. 11 through Dec. 14.
Dec. 11
Danielle Siliato, 42, of Spring Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated following an accident investigation on Route 138.
Siliato was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law, which requires police to impound the driver's vehicle for 12 hours following their arrest.

To be released from custody, the driver must also contact someone who will take responsibility for them and ensure they do not drive while still under the influence.
Dec. 12
Christopher Conner, 37, of Atlantic Highlands, was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting after being transported to the Wall Township Police Department on an outstanding warrant from Wall Township.

Conner was later taken to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
Dec. 13
Kellyn Ramirez-Galeas, 28, of Asbury Park, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 34.
Ramirez-Galeas was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
Dec. 14
Jesus Sanchez-Martinez, 36, of Howell, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on 18th Avenue.
Sanchez-Martinez was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
