Driving While Intoxicated: Wall's Weekly Police Blotter

WALL, NJ — In Wall's latest weekly police blotter, multiple arrests for driving while intoxicated occurred between June 18 and June 23.

Wall Township police remind the public that all charges listed are accusations, and that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Here are the incidents police shared with the public:

Shoplifting
On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, Wayne C. Bilder, 53, of Brick, was arrested by Patrolman Cole Kennedy on a charge of failure to appear in court for a shoplifting charge. Bilder was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Active Warrant
On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, Shaun J. Hubbard, 44, of Neptune, was arrested by Patrolman Discoll on a charge of an active warrant issued by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 195. Hubbard was processed and turned over to the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department.

DWI
On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, Christine J. Oujo, 50, of Farmingdale, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident on State Highway 33 near Wyckoff Road. Oujo was processed and released in accordance with John's Law.

DWI
On Thursday, June 20, 2024, Fredi S. Arpimoscoso, 38, of Brick, was arrested by Patrolman Martin on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident on State Highway 35. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.

DWI
On Friday, June 21, 2024, Baher Ahmed Dowidar, 29, of Elizabeth, was arrested by Patrolman Powers on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on 18th Avenue near Old Mill Road. Dowidar was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.

Active Warrant
On Friday, June 21, 2024, Vera Hasanaj, 52, of Jersey City, was arrested by Detective Gavaghan after she was found to have an active warrant for her arrest issued by the East Brunswick Municipal Court. Hasanaj was processed and released.

DWI
On Sunday, June 23, 2024, Jose A. Trujillo, 44, of Bradley Beach, was arrested by Patrolman Alexander on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Belmar Blvd. He was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.

Lewdness
On Sunday, June 23, 2024, Thomas D. Ayers, 72, of Wall Township, was arrested by Patrolman Donegan on a charge of lewdness following an incident at Allenwood General Store. Ayers was processed and released on a summons.
