Ex-JCP&L Worker Charged With Burglary Of Utility Trucks In Wall
Kevin R. Nagle of Tabernacle was charged Wednesday in the theft of equipment, copper wire from JCP&L trucks at an equipment yard in Wall.
WALL, NJ — A former JCP&L employee is charged with burglary from a motor vehicle in the theft of tools, copper wire and other equipment from several company trucks kept in Wall, police said.
Kevin R. Nagle, 40, of Tabernacle was charged Wednesday, March 1, with three counts of burglary of motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespassing and possession of certain weapons (expandable metal baton) after an investigation initiated by Detective Steve Swenson, Capt. Chad Clark said in a news release.
Nagle was charged on a warrant and transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold, police said.

According to the police, the investigation showed Nagle "illegally gained access to their (JCP&L) equipment yard on 18th Avenue in Wall."
Clark said in the news release that Nagle is charged with entering numerous utility trucks from which tools, electric utility equipment and copper wire were stolen.
