WALL, NJ — Wall Township police advise avoiding the area of Eighteenth Avenue between Highway 35 and L Street Monday night. The road will be closed for a "prolonged period of time" due to road construction, police said. But police estimate the road will reopen later Monday night, in approximately four to five hours, police said at 7:30 p.m.
