Target Employee Pointed Phone Up Customer’s Skirt: Wall Police

David I. Sutton, 20, of Lakewood, tried to run but was caught by Wall Township Police.

WALL, NJ — A Target employee was arrested on Tuesday after he was found pointing his phone up a female customer’s skirt, Wall Township police said.

David I. Sutton, 20, of Lakewood, was arrested and charged with invasion of privacy, obstruction of the administration of justice and harassment.

Sutton was arrested after Target management contacted Wall police. When officers arrived at the store on Route 35, Sutton tried to run but officers chased him down.

Sutton was processed and released on a summons.
