Utility Pole Replacement Closes Road In Wall

WALL, NJ — A utility pole replacement has closed a road in Wall Township on Tuesday, Wall Police said.

New Bedford Road northbound is currently closed at Wall Church Road due to the replacement, according to police.

Southbound traffic is open, though authorities said drivers should expect delays.

The closure is expected to last until 7 p.m., and a detour is in place for drivers. Police are asking drivers to avoid the area and use alternate routes if possible.

"Thank you for your patience and cooperation as crews work to complete the repairs safely," police said.
