Rain is predicted to start falling-and possibly falling hard--at about 10 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.
In fact, the NWS has issued a flash flood watch for the area from 10 a.m. through noon Friday.
There wasn't much on the outdoor schedule today, so perhaps a good soak will be helpful.
