10th Wayne Drug Prevention Forum Focuses On Teen Mental Wellness
Wayne parents, caregivers, teachers, and adult community members are invited to the dinner, and a presentation by the JCK Foundation.
WAYNE, NJ — As Wayne community leaders continue to address the issue of teen drug use, they are focusing on the mental wellness component in this year's Community Drug Prevention Forum.
This year, the JCK Foundation will be the main presenter. This organization works with schools, businesses, and communities to promote mental wellness by opening up conversations about mental health, sharing hopeful stories, and connecting people to resources.
The JCK Foundation was started by John Tessitore, a friend and mentor of John C. Kelly, who died at 25 after struggling with OCD and depression.
