Brightview Opens New Senior Living Community In Wayne
The 190-unit community is Brightview's 45th on the east coast. Officials say they'll serve Passaic, Sussex, Morris and Bergen Counties.

WAYNE, NJ — Nearly 200 new senior living rentals opened in Wayne Township this week at Brightview's new Hamburg Turnpike community.
Brightview operates 45 senior living communities across the east coast, and Brightview Wayne officially opened on Tuesday. According to officials, the facility is a "a resort-style independent, assisted living and memory care community."
The monthly-rental community features 190 units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. Officials say they're hoping to serve Passaic, Sussex, Morris and Bergen County residents, as well as New York residents looking for an option outside the city.

Brightview promises "restaurant quality dining" at the facility, as well as additional amenities, which include:
- "Ample outdoor space for dining
- Gardening and activities
- 24-hour concierge
- Full-service beauty salon
- Pub
- Movie theater
- Private dining rooms
- Multipurpose great room
- Café
- Library
- Art studio
- Senior friendly fitness center equipped with a juice bar"
Brightview operates similar senior living facilities in eight states, including Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Virginia.
