WAYNE, NJ — A convenience store along Route 23 in Wayne may get a drive-thru coffee lane as part of an expansion, a report said.

According to northjersey.com, the owner of Bolla Market and Mobil at 1440 Route 23 North has applied to demolish the current market and build a larger one with a Tim Hortons. The Canada-based coffee chain has 10 other stores in New Jersey, and also offers donuts, bagels, and sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch.

Plans filed with the township call for the store to expand by about 850 square feet and add a drive-thru lane that could accommodate eight cars, northjersey.com reported. The gas station would remain at six double-sided fuel pumps and there would be 14 parking spots, the report said.
