Giveaways, Gift Cards To Celebrate Wayne JCPenney Reopening: Details

WAYNE, NJ — JCPenney has a number of giveaways, gift cards, and coupons ready to hand out to shoppers on Friday for the grand opening of their new Wayne store.

The department store relocated from Wayne Towne Center to Willowbrook Mall, and re-opened on March 15.

The celebration begins at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 5. The first 50 people in line will get a wristband for a free full-size JLo fragrance and Olaplex hair products, and the first 100 customers will also get JCPenney gift cards and coupons, along with a tote bag.

Following the initial 100 customers, the store will be giving away $10 coupons.

And, there will be designated stations set up throughout the store, where shoppers can pick up giveaways on a first-come, first-served basis in the kids' area, salon, jewelry section, home department, and young men's department. Plus, spin the prize wheel at the portrait table to win assorted prizes.

Here is what the store said they have planned:

• Kids Area Table: Engage your little ones in fun Kids Zone crafts.
• Salon Table: Pamper yourself with Biolage Detangler, Redken Blowout, or Paul Mitchell shampoo samples.
• Jewelry Table (or at Counter): Grab a stylish 2-piece Yes Please Diamond Necklace set.
• Home Table: Enjoy the luxurious feel of a grey Liz Claiborne Signature Plush bath towel.
• Young Men’s Table: Collect Champion keychains, stickers, and assorted unisex licensed items.
• Portrait Table: Spin the prize wheel and win assorted offers.

JCPenney moved into the anchor spot where Lord & Taylor used to occupy at Willowbrook.
