Wayne Eatery Gets Gordon Ramsay Treatment On 'Kitchen Nightmares'
Ramsay grilled the owner of a Wayne establishment in recent episode, and visited several NJ locations for the reboot of his rescue show.

WAYNE, NJ — "Kitchen Nightmares" fans have seen fiery chef Gordon Ramsay turn his keen eye (and sharp tongue) on two Passaic County restaurants so far, as the series reboot began airing on Fox after nearly a decade off the air.
On Monday's episode, it was the owners of a Wayne bar and grill, which sits on the Preakness Valley Golf Course, whom Ramsay grilled over the fire of his displeasure.
"There's more food coming back than is going out," Ramsay said of In the Drink Bar and Restaurant, which he deemed below par as he clashed with one of the owners.

"If you give me the head, I'll throw it back in the (expletive) pond," Ramsay said of a salmon dish that was cold in the middle.
Owners Jorge and Solange Mora have owned In The Drink, at 209 Totowa Road, since 2017. Jorge and Ramsay butted heads over how the kitchen operated, and Ramsay calculated the restaurant was in more than $250,000 in debt.

Ramsay spoke highly of staff members Lexi, Carlos, and Nadia — the latter of whom was made manager at the end of the episode.
In The Drink is open to the public, and now boasts a fresh look and updated menu with new sandwiches, salads, and appetizers along with some promised improvements on golf club classics such as hamburgers.
A restaurant in Woodland Park, BASK 46, was in the episode that aired Oct. 2 — featuring a chef who called himself "the culinary gangster."
Ramsay also visited a restaurant in Dumont, per Variety.
