Have You Seen Them? Wayne PD Seeks Public's Help in Identifying Suspects

The Wayne Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying three suspects who allegedly committed two separate crimes in Willowbrook Mall’s Lord & Taylor.

The most recent incident came on Thursday evening, when a 6’0 white male allegedly went to Lord & Taylor’s Michael Kors display, cut security cables, grabbed five handbags and ran out of the store, according to Captain Laurence Martin.

The man then dropped the bags in the parking lot after getting into “a brief struggle” and got into the passenger side of a dark blue or black SUV.

Police say the man weighs about 175 lbs, has dark hair and a trimmed beard.

The other incident came on the evening of Feb. 18, when an unidentified black male and female allegedly used fraudulent credit cards to purchase $450 worth of merchandise from Lord & Taylor, according to Captain Martin.
