Indoor Nerf Battle Arena Coming Soon To Wayne: See Where

WAYNE, NJ — Fun-lovers of all ages will be able to battle it out with Nerf weapons at a new indoor arena coming soon to Wayne Township.

NJ Battle Zones, which has one other location in Randolph, hopes to open up in the Wedgewood Plaza shopping center by the end of the winter. Players can book a group outing or drop in for an open play session, grab a Nerf blaster, and fire away with foam darts in one of three game modes.

The business is owned by husband-and-wife team Roy and Danielle Samaniego, who got the idea after their son wanted a Nerf-themed birthday party, as they told the Randolph Local.

And, it's not just for children and teens: NJ Battle Zones offers team-building events and holds a monthly "Parent's Night Out" for adults to battle, too.

Danielle said the upcoming Wayne location will have two arenas, while the original only has one. That will allow for larger groups to book parties and for more walk-in customers, she noted to Patch.

NJ Battle Zones will be located at 1055 Hamburg Turnpike, between Alpha Fit Club and KidStrong. The location is still under construction, and you can see more information via Instagram and Facebook.
