Little Falls Bank Robbed At Gunpoint: Authorities

The incident occurred Thursday afternoon at Valley National Bank on Main Street, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office.

LITTLE FALLS, NJ - Authorities are investigating a report of a bank robbery Thursday afternoon in Little Falls.

Around 2:20 p.m., two men walked into the Valley National Bank on Main Street, where one of them brandished a handgun and the other went behind the counter to remove money from tellers' drawers, the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office said.

Then, they fled the area, the prosecutor's office said.

Authorities did not say how much money the men made off with but noted they are continuing to investigate and more details will be released as it becomes available.
