Massive Pickleball Facility Coming To Wayne Soon
The facility offers coaching, free play, clinics, tournaments, and more.
WAYNE, NJ — One of the state’s largest indoor pickleball facilities is coming to Wayne soon.
The grand opening of Sportime Pickleball Wayne will be the weekend of Sept. 5 through Sept. 7. There will be a soft opening on Monday.
The new facility, roughly 50,000 square feet, is at 77 Willowbrook Boulevard, on the top floor of Willowbrook Plaza.

The facility features 18 indoor, temperature-controlled pickleball courts, as well as one stadium court. Additionally, there are three private party rooms, courtside viewing, three spacious player lounges, and locker room/shower facilities.
Pickleballers can also check out equipment at the complex’s pickleball shop and enjoy refreshments at its grab-and-go cafe.

The company, Sportime, owns several tennis, pickleball, soccer, and other sporting facilities across New York and New Jersey. Wayne’s pickleball complex will be Sportime’s second pickleball facility, following its location in Englewood.
“The pickleball boom is just getting started, because pickleball is easy to learn and play quickly, at all ages and skill levels, and provides a great workout and endless social interaction, as well as serious competition as levels advance,” a Sportime statement read. “Whether you're a beginner looking to join the craze and to receive the best instruction around or an experienced player seeking high-level competition, SPORTIME Pickleball is the place for you.”
