New Grocery And Halal Meat Market Now Open In Wayne Township
Anatolia Market had a grand opening celebration this week, inviting customers to check out their selection of fresh produce, meat, and more.
WAYNE, NJ — Local officials welcomed a new grocery store and Halal meat market to Wayne Township on Sunday, during a colorful and music-filled celebration.
Anatolia Market is located at 29 NJ-23 in Wayne, selling house-made baked goods and sweet treats, fresh nuts, produce, fresh/dried fruits, and plenty of different meats and side dishes for a summer barbecue.
The market also sells a diverse group of food and product brands from Turkey, the Mediterranean, and beyond.

Mayor Christopher Vergano, Sheriff's Office Chief Thomas Adamo, Assemblyman Al Barlas, and Passaic County Commissioners Sandi Lazzara and John Bartlett were among the local officials there to celebrate the grand opening. Anatolia also had live music, face-painting, balloon animals, and free samples of Doner kebab and other dishes at their celebration Sunday.
