"JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business," the restaurant said.
Happy hour is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and JINYA's bar is stocked with authentic Japanese beers, sake, and liquors along with signature cocktails and craft beer from local New Jersey breweries.
One unique feature at JINYA is the High Ball Machine, "which delivers super-chilled whisky mixed with a perfectly calibrated ratio of high-carbonation soda water."
JINYA partnered with Doherty Enterprises Inc., which operates more than 160 restaurants in New York and New Jersey, for their latest location. During September and October, Doherty will also donate $1 from every one of JINYA's “Flying Violette” cocktails sold to the American Cancer Society.
