Penguin Pace 5K Benefits Wayne Pantry
The annual race around Packanack Lake resulted in monetary and food donations to the Wayne Interfaith Network Food Pantry.
WAYNE, NJ - Blue Penguin Productions and the Barwick Group of Wayne, organized another successful Penguin Pace 5k race around Packanack Lake on Saturday.
This year's race benefited the Wayne Interfaith Network Food Pantry and resulted in nearly 50 bags of food and more than $400 in donations from registered runners, the pantry said.
ROTC students at the Passaic County Technical Institute also provided help and support during the event, the pantry said.
