Wayne Eatery Makes Statewide List Of 'Italian Restaurants You'll Love'

NEW JERSEY — With so many options, it's difficult to narrow down the top Italian restaurants in the state. But one Wayne establishment made the cut on New Jersey Monthly's list of "NJ Italian Restaurants You'll Love."

The list includes 28 restaurants "that our critics feel best represent Italian dining in New Jersey," the article states. One of them is Viaggio.

Chef and Owner Robbie Felice founded Viaggio in 2016. His father, Joe, owned multiple restaurants, and Robbie has carried the torch, working in New York City, Las Vegas and around Europe.

Felice founded his first restaurant — Viaggio in Wayne — at only 26 years old. The restaurant represents his cooking philosophy, according to the restaurant's website: "locally sourced ingredients used to create traditional Italian fare with a modern touch."
