Wayne Pushes Back 3rd Quarter Tax Deadline
Third quarter taxes are usually due on Aug. 1, but the township has extended that deadline to Aug. 30.
WAYNE, NJ — The third quarter tax deadline has been extended in Wayne Township as officials are still "in the process of mailing out the 2021-2022 tax bill," they announced this week.
This means that third quarter taxes, which are usually due on Aug. 1, are now due on Aug. 30, officials announced.
Any payments received after that date will be charged interest, which will revert to the original due date of Aug. 1, officials said.
