Longest Shelter Resident 'Clyde' The Dog Seeks Home In South Jersey
Clyde is very vocal when you ask, "do you love me?" and is food-motivated when learning new things. He's looking for his forever family.

CLAYTON, NJ — Clyde the dog is excited to meet his forever family, as he has been in the Gloucester County Animal Shelter since August.
The shelter says Clyde is its longest resident at the moment. The two-year-old dog is a mix of pit bull and shepherd, and is looking for a loving and patient family to join. Clyde is very vocal when you ask, "do you love me?" and is food-motivated when learning new things.
"Clyde would be best paired with an experienced dog owner," the shelter said. "He is good with dogs, cats and kids (10 years old and over). He pulls very hard on leash, but only due to his excitement to be out in the world!"

Commissioner Director Frank J. DiMarco, liaison to the Animal Shelter, said Clyde is a "vocal, rambunctious" boy who loves to play.
"He knows his ‘sit’ and ‘down’ commands and loves to run in the yard, often times outrunning the tennis balls he loves to play with," DiMarco said.
