"Fondest memories of Sunday morning pastries after church. Wishing you much happiness in your retirement!" wrote one patron.

"OMG. Seriously the best bakery...I remember those giant cookies and the iced brownies but my all time favorite, hands down, no contest, were the “iced” crumb buns. Warm and delicious in the white cardboard box," said another patron.

"Vaccaro's will forever be a part of my childhood and forever a part of Clark. Every time I came home to NJ I would stop in and grab some cookies, brownies or whatever caught my eye. The smell is something I will NEVER forget. You didn't know this but I had local people stop in and buy things to send to me in Minnesota. I will admit the brownies do NOT travel well. Haha. Thanks for your hard work. Enjoy your retirement and congrats on 50 years in business," wrote another patron.

"I grew up with Vaccaro’s for special treats…when I moved to Connecticut I’d return to Clark always stopped at the bakery to bring treats back. My sons (now grown) were also raised with Vaccaro’s for treats and all special occasions. You will be missed and thank you for being a part of so many special memories…please consider a cookbook!" said another patron.
