Business Built Out Of Westfield Garage Honored Nationwide
The production company has now grown to three facilities.

WESTFIELD, NJ — A business built out of a Westfield garage was honored on Oct. 24 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation.
Alongi Media, a production company co-founded by CEO Phil Alongi, was named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list recognizing rapid growth among private companies in the United States. Highlighted by 1,237 percent growth in three years, Alongi came in at No. 316 on the rankings.
Along with other entrepreneurs, Alongi and COO Tony Capra were honored in Phoenix, Arizona at the 2025 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala.

"It was an incredible honor to stand alongside so many visionary entrepreneurs...it was a moment to reflect on how far we've come and where we're going," said Alongi. The gala also included appearances by Fubu CEO and Shark Tank star, Daymond John, Julia Hertz, CEO of Eventbrite, and multiple other media personalities.
Over the last ten years, Alongi has worked on a wide range of projects that include the 60th Presidential Inauguration, a 2024 Town Hall for then Vice Presidential nominee JD Vance, and a Global Business Travel Association convention.

These event production efforts have led Alongi to grow to expanded locations in Flemington and Wilmington, Delaware, but it all started in Westfield.
In 2020, Alongi and his father, Phil Alongi Sr., used their family garage to house cameras, lights, and other equipment used to deliver on storytelling for corporate, nonprofit, and other clients nationwide.
"I'll never forget the day I realized we'd outgrown the house," added Alongi. "I was climbing stacks of camera and lighting cases to find a lens and burned my back on a ceiling lightbulb...the gear had to be piled sky-high, that's when I knew it was time for a warehouse."
Along with housing inventory, the Flemington facility houses Alongi Media's full-scale production truck that can be brought on-site to film live events. The company is also equipped to handle pre-production strategy and post-event content packaging.
"Now we're eyeing an additional space to meet demand," Alongi added. "It's a good problem to have, and one that reflects how our clients' trust and our team's commitment continue to drive everything we do."
